Ordering
In accordance with the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
Should you wish to make an amendment to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We regret that we are unable to accept amendments if your order is packed and ready for despatch.
Payment
Payment must be made before any orders will be processed. We use the PayPal platform to process payments to aid us in age verification. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment as they provide guest checkout options.
Harrison’s Brewery Limited does not process any card payments, nor do we receive, collect, or store any card payment data.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of UK VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Whilst we try to ensure all pricing on the website is correct occasionally an error may occur and items may be incorrectly priced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel. We will not be obliged to supply items are the incorrect price.
Guarantee
Harrison’s Brewery Limited are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. As a company, we are entirely dependent on our customers and welcome comments, suggestions, constructive criticism, and complaints and will always do our utmost to help.
In the event of a complaint, please contact us by email giving as much detail are you can. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve within 72 hours. We will keep you informed if there is any delay beyond this.
Crime Prevention
For the purposes of crime prevention, the detection of offences and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any information that we collect with the Police or other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Brew Shed (Retford) Limited
Loyalty Scheme Terms And Conditions.
Brew Shed (Retford) Limited trading as The Brew Shed, operate a loyalty scheme. The scheme is available to all Brew Shed customers when they purchase qualifying beverages. A total of 10 drinks must be purchased, proof of which is recorded on a loyalty card. Once complete, the card may be redeemed for drinks to the maximum value of £5.00.
Qualifying drinks include:
- Pint measures of all cask and keg beers and ciders
- All measures of wine by the glass
- All measures of gin, whisky, rum and vodka.
Cards are transferable
All qualifying drinks count when either bought individually or as part of a “round”.
Customers must meet all legal requirements for the sale of alcohol outlined in our licence terms.
Staff have the right to refuse service.
No change given.
No cash equivalence given.
Anyone deemed to have breached company policies forfeit the right to take part in this promotion.
The company reserves the right to change the terms of this scheme at any time without warning or prior notice.
