We aim to respond to all emails within 2-4 days. But we like to make sure that our staff enjoy a cold beer on the weekend, so this account is only manned from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged at £7.99 for orders under £65 and free thereafter.  There are higher charges for areas outside mainland UK.
For a quote to your address please follow the instructions during checkout and we will look for the best price on the day and send you a payment link.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to pick and pack orders within 3-5 working days. During busy periods we may increase this processing time. We Only send shipments Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Our courier service will send you tracking information directly once your order has left the Brewery

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the 5 day limit, please check your tracking information and contact us directly on

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes. If there is no-one at home, the driver will leave a calling card. You can call to either rearrange delivery or arrange a collection from your local depot.

Please note: Harrison’s Brewery cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you weren’t in to receive your package.

Can I add an item to an existing order?

Unfortunately, this is not something our system allows us to do.



Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return an item provided this is done within 14 days of placing your order. To do so, please email us on If you contact us outside of these 14 days, Harrison’s brewery reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Please ensure that any returned items are returned in their original condition.

When will I be refunded for a returned item?

Once the returned item is received and checked, we will process your refund within 3 working days. You will receive credit back into the same account you paid with within 5-10 business days.

My item is damaged, what do I do?

If the item you have received is damaged or faulty we will require photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

If your items are damaged upon receiving the order, you reserve the right to refuse delivery. In this case, please inform the courier who can then arrange for the parcel to be returned for us to process your refund.

If you then email to allow us time to rectify the situation and proceed with the actions you require.
